What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• The property listing links you send us and the priorities you tell us about.
• For rental verdicts: your current or proposed rent and the property address or listing links.
• Basic campaign information — which link brought you here (UTM tags), the referring website and the page you landed on.

Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

Why we hold it

To research and deliver your report, to answer your emails, to handle refunds, and to understand which marketing works. If you ask for the sample report, we email it to you and may occasionally email you about House Tiebreaker. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe.

Where it is held

When you submit an order form or request a sample report, your details are sent to us by email and stored in our business email account (Microsoft 365, UK region). Access is limited to us. Payment records are held by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.

Legal bases

• Contract — to deliver the report you have ordered.
• Legal obligation — to keep order and accounting records.
• Consent — to send you the sample report and occasional emails, which you can withdraw any time.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years (UK accounting requirements). Sample-report sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@housetiebreaker.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies or any third-party tracking cookies. Our page analytics are cookieless. We store campaign tags in your browser for the length of your visit so we can attribute an order to the link you arrived from.
